Training plan for this week:
Tonight: Stretch.
Monday: Upper body weights.
Tuesday: Lower body weights.
Wednesday: Kettle bell. (Yes, I unpacked it!)
Thursday: Hike Zen Trail on Mountain X.
Friday: Pack.

2. Slather body with bacon grease
3. Hike remote trail on Mt. X. -New challenges help us improve.
4. I think Bear spray works on Cougars too.
