- Sunday – ran
- Monday – sandbag training
- Tuesday – upper body weights
- Wed. – lower body weights
- Th. – fell off the wagon and took a nap
- Fri. – about to hit sandbag training again
- May – 206 lbs
- End of July – 194
A 12 lb loss is not too shabby!
I did miss stretching and my kick/punch routine. I plan to do that on Sunday.
