Training update

This past week:

  • Sunday – ran
  • Monday – sandbag training
  • Tuesday – upper body weights
  • Wed. – lower body weights
  • Th. – fell off the wagon and took a nap
  • Fri. – about to hit sandbag training again

Weight report:

  • May – 206 lbs
  • End of July – 194

A 12 lb loss is not too shabby!

I did miss stretching and my kick/punch routine. I plan to do that on Sunday.
