    One of my daughters is doing the Insanity workout now.

  2. Good for her! I am rotating muscle groups over 3 days. Higher reps w/mostly free weights & super sets. Trying to focus on intensity. Good for martial arts @ weight loss. Also do elliptical 1x each week and 1 hike on weekend. When students return will get busy & may have to cut back.
