Knees feel good and my back does not hurt — that elliptical is definitely easier on the body than running. For sure I have various parts of me that are sore.
The gym’s summer hours are Monday – Friday so I’m done until next Monday. I may go for a hike this weekend and I do plan to do my taekwondo warm-up kicks along with stretching. Past that I’m letting the body recover.
