Skullduggery News:
Many you may heard about the alleged missile that was recently launched off our West coast. ABC News also picked up the story.
A series of U.S. government agencies said Tuesday that they could not explain what created a vapor trail that lit up the sky Monday night over Southern California.
Striking Thoughts sent a team of investigative reporters to Southern California to get to the bottom of this. While yet unconfirmed, sources interviewed reported seeing a black submarine in the water earlier that day. Said submarine was reported to be flying a Halliburton flag by many of the eyewitnesses.
Even stranger: Striking Thoughts has received an unverified photo of a missile that may have landed in the Pacific Northwest. The owner of the “Dojo Rat Headquarters” could not be reached for comment.
Training Report:
I have to say that I’m starting to miss the belt chase. In Tae Kwon Do we were always preparing for belt test or tournament and I think those things really helped with my motivation. In Kung Fu and Chin Na it was more “organic” with Sifu giving you a few days to a few weeks notice that you were testing. Well in the Street Self-defense Course (SSC) it’s also pretty organic. Teacher’s main gig is running a school/business that trains those who want to pursue boxing or MMA. Aside from his BJJ teacher who has to follow a colored belt system I suspect Teacher has no need to. Teacher has admitted that his SSC is part play time for him, part helping others learn self-defense and also a teaser to get folks into his other classes or to sign up for personalized, one-on-one training. One of the things I like about him is he’s honest!
Anyhow, I missed another Saturday that covered more ground material. Sigh. This is probably where I am lagging behind the most. We are encouraged to come 2-3 times a week with Wednesday and Saturday being the most important days. Given my work schedule and motivation-sapping job hunt I just don’t have the energy to drive back in on Saturday mornings. Maybe second semester will be different. All I know is that Tatoo said at the pace I’m going it will take at least two years to make it out of “basic”.
As for new stuff, well, on Monday Teacher said get ready for some Wing Chun chain punch practice. Tonight should be interesting!

Seriously, The Cali missile is being dismissed as a jet contrail, but I just read that an expert at Janes said:
But Doug Richardson, the editor of Jane’s Missiles and Rockets, examined the video for the Times of London and said he was left with little doubt.
“It’s a solid propellant missile,” he told the Times. “You can tell from the efflux [smoke].”
Richardson said it could have been a ballistic missile launched from a submarine or an interceptor, the defensive anti-missile weapon used by Navy surface ships.

Those guys at Janes are freakin’ experts. They don’t get stuff like this wrong. FAA can not account for an aircraft.

I almost did a serious post on the topic – maybe I still will. DOD officials released a statement saying there is no threat to American defense.
If it’s U.S. and unaccounted for I’d call that a threat. Worse still if it’s a foreign country shooting off missiles in U.S. water!
Most likely it’s some sort of U.S. black ops thing that just happened to get caught on camera. Prepare for the bullshit…
