Since returning from my travels I’ve been doing the authors “Chi Fong” exercises nightly — basically 15 minutes of relaxed tension exercises using 8 lb dumbbells. I’ve flirted with seated meditation and Qigong but never seem to have the patience to stick with either. I do use my tae kwon do forms as a form of moving meditation.
Anyhow, I think I’ve finally found something that works!
