Senior Citizen Push-ups

Potatoe wants to know what the panther walk (aka panther push-ups) look like. Well I gave up looking for a photo or video and just decided to tape myself. Bear in mind my clothing is baggy so it looks like I’m touching the ground but I’m not. Basically you keep about 6″ or so off the floor and hop forward and back. I can typically do 10 forward and 10 back. Then they have to go get the cardiac paddles.

Anyhow, here it is:

If you’re feeling frisky try three sets of forward and back. Just shoot for your maximum reps each time. Alternately, you can do this side-to-side too. These suck for sure so I did not want you to see me curl into the fetal position and start sucking my thumb.

Anyhow, these guys build explosive punching power and also jerking power. The latter is needed in chin na to displace bones or to tear up ligaments and tendons.

    I’m working on Toplist. So far “support” has not gotten back to me. I changed the reset to 15 days so when it automatically resets I hope all is well.

    I purposely deleted myself to see if I could re-add. I thought I did but I’m not appearing.

    I’ll gladly give up my ranking as long as I can get the list to work again. I get plenty traffic the way it is so I’m not so concerned any more about being in the top!
