But if anyone can steal the spotlight, it’s probably the fighting Lopez family of the United States.

The IOC’s executive committee is expected to make an official decision in October 2009 whether to include women’s boxing on the London program.

Personal opinion but I think it’s long overdue.

Seven years ago at age 19, he founded the Alchemy Karate Academy, later spinning the nationally renowned Alchemy Karate Team off of that…In the process, he has turned the Alchemy Academy and team into a successful family business. But at least we now know that Mr. Parham has the Constitutional right to own his handgun. While we’re on that topic, Indianapolis set a record of sorts: 11 killings in 10 days. Oh and yes, they ALL happened at the end of a barrel. Gawd bless our Constitutional right to carry a gun and blow other people away!

The lead headline in Thursday’s Star, written in larger type, was: “10 DAYS/ 11 killings.”

Remember folks guns don’t kill people. Bullets do while traveling several hundred feet per second! In the Indianapolis area and need a gun? Visit Don’s Guns. Remember: “He just likes to rent guns!”

Not much luck on videos this week. So continuing my street fight theme I found one that pits a skateboarder against a security guard. After the nice hip throw I wondered if the guard had training. If he did he lost his cool and and ended up slugging away just like a punk. It was also risky trying that with all the skateboarder’s pals near by. Anyhow, take a look at it!
