Make English America’s Official Language?

I’m not going to comment on the politics. I’m not even going to comment on my position.
But I do think this lady might consider brushing up on her spelling before lecturing to the public.

Maybe she means “Engrish”
A guy I knew told me “If they come to America, they should speak American”.
I asked him “North American or South American”?
He was speechless, at a loss for words…
He finally said “That’s why I don’t discuss these things with you, you think differently than me”.
I said I was glad about that.

I thought that’s what we have been speaking? Maybe I’m just confusing it with Spanglish….
